Job Summary and key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with queries and providing excellent service to Landlords and Branches over both phone and email
- Assisting with and providing bespoke reports for landlords
- Amending ledgers, charges and other transactions to facilitate the smooth movement of landlord monies.
- Working with the Acquisition team to enable a seamless transition/integration of Acquisition data and balances for multi-landlords.
- Acting as a support for more complex accounting queries from colleagues in Branches.
- Willing to learn and develop as part of a growing new team focusing on providing excellent service to landlords.
What are we looking for:
Essential:
- Ability to problem solve
- Customer Service / B2B / Client Relations Experience
- Excellent telephone manner and written vocabulary
- Experience on Excel
Desirable:
- Experience of Accounts
- A keen eye for detail
- Experience of Lettings industry
