Job Summary and key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing of daily payments from the bank.
- Assisting property managers and branches with queries.
- Reviewing landlord and tenant ledgers/accounts.
- Processing statements to landlords.
- Setting up/amending charges for rent, commission and other fees.
- Processing invoices from suppliers.
- Chasing fees due.
- Supporting the team across other tasks where required.
What are we looking for:
Essential:
- An excellent eye for detail and drive to deliver excellence.
- Ability to prioritise workloads under pressure.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with the property managers & branch staff.
Desirable:
- Organised and punctual.
- A desire to learn, progress and offer new opinions/solutions on processes.
- A passion for getting it right, first time.
