Hi there- I'm Laura and I am a Senior Recruitment Partner for all sales roles within Leaders Romans Group focusing on the sourcing and recruitment of talent for the LRG group.

Previous experience includes sales and account management as well as managing a recruitment agency and then working within specialist recruitment for the aerospace and automotive industry. 

When I am not working I love dog walking,  paddle boarding, travel and socialising!

I look forward to meeting candidates that are keen to pursue a career with the Leaders Romans Group!
