Recruitment Partner – Human Resources

Hi - I'm Tom, I am a Recruitment Partner for Leaders Romans Group focusing on the supporting, sourcing and hiring of talent for our Romans, Gibbs Gillespie, Outlook, Northfields and Protico brands.

I have a wealth of recruitment experience including some time within a specialist property agency and now turning my hand and knowledge to internal recruitment to support my hiring managers.

Outside of work I am a keen rugby player, playing in the front row for Chichester RFC 1st XV.

I look forward to meeting candidates that are keen to pursue a career with the Leaders Romans Group!
