Job Summary and key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding, in a timely manner, to all enquiries received from Clients, leaseholders and other stakeholders
- Preparing budgets for consideration by Clients and management of budget expenditure throughout the year
- Review of year end accounts, seeking approval on these and arranging for distribution of the same
- Dealing with transfer paperwork when properties change hands, including updating of Company Books and issue of Share Certificate, as applicable
- Project Management of any major projects including issue of Section 20 notices and liaison with Building Surveyors and Contractors throughout
- Reviewing leases and ensuring compliance with the terms contained therein
- Working with the accounts team on management of arrears
- Completing KPI data as required for reporting to Head of Property Management and Clients
- Site inspections in line with management agreements
- Attending, chairing and minuting Annual General Meetings and any Director or Resident meetings
- Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety and Fire Safety legislation
- Arranging re-active and pro-active repairs and works as needed
- Working with, and providing support to, the rest of the office team
What are we looking for:
- Full clean driving license and own vehicle
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package and good IT skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in leasehold property management
