Job Title: Business Development Executive

Salary: £30,000 base with realistic OTE of up to £45,000 (uncapped)

Job Summary and key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on existing leads to secure new instructions
• Engage with businesses daily to build and nurture strong client relationships
• Qualify and convert leads from email marketing campaigns
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
• Support the Business Development Team by booking qualified appointments
• Handle inbound sales calls, qualifying leads and providing an excellent first impression
• Consistently meet and exceed individual KPIs
• Carry out additional duties as directed by the Business Development Team Manager in line with business needs

• Technically proficient with strong MS Word and Excel skills
• Experience using Salesforce and Pardot (preferred)
• Maintains high levels of discretion and confidentiality

Previous Experience:

• Previous experience in B2B telesales within a target-driven environment
• Experience in the Business Rates sector is a strong advantage
