Job Summary and key responsibilities
This is a customer facing onsite role in Chatham, Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing enquiries, conducting property viewings, and negotiating tenancies. The ideal candidate will have lettings experience, demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and have an in-depth understanding of the local rental market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and respond to email/ phone enquiries in a timely manner to ensure a high conversion of enquiries to viewings and lettings
- Qualify applicants prior to viewings
- Book and carry out viewings with prospective Tenants
- Assist with open house events
- Provide viewing feedback to the Client Success Manager
- Negotiate and agree tenancies in line with the clients objectives
- Upload all offer details onto our internal CRM system for the tenancy paperwork to be progressed
- Carry out Right to Rent Checks
- Work closely with the Move Manager and Property Manager to ensure a smooth move-in process
- Upload all available properties onto our website, Rightmove and On The Market and keep these updated on a weekly basis
- Arrange key handover's with tenants
- Complete property inspections
- Maintain up to date knowledge of all available properties
- Work closely with the Client Success Manager in achieving leasing goals
- Understand the local rental market by completing regular competitor analysis
