Leaders Romans Group are looking for a new Valuations Assistant to join us on a permanent basis based in our busy office in Derby.

In this Valuations Assistant role, day to day you can expect to:
Responsibilities:
- To cover and develop the Derby area
- Must have previous experience
- Must be willing to travel
- To carry out rent assessments and win new instructions
- To be proactive in the key focus of business generation
- Build relationships with potential investors
- Arrange for prospective investor landlords to view properties and accompany (where necessary
- Work towards targets set by manager for achieving valuations, instructions and ancillary sales
- Monitor and constantly strive to improve Rightmove Market Share for new instructions and available stock in core area.
- Representing the company in a professional manner
- Building strong relationships with local property owners
Required Skills
To succeed as a Valuations Assistant you will be ambitious, hardworking and target driven
You will also:
- Be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Have strong negotiation and communication skills
- Enjoy working with the public over the phone and face to face
- Be a competitive individual driven to succeed
- Hold a full valid UK driving licence
