Hose Rhodes Dickson are looking for a new Development Account Manager to join us on a permanent basis based in our busy offices.

The busy New Homes department at Hose Rhodes Dickson has a full time Development Account Manager position available. The account managers role is to be the main point of contact for a number of developments.
To be considered for this role, you will need the following experience and skills:
- Good customer service skills
- Administrative and organizational skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and other software essential.
- Full driving licence
- Experience in property would preferable
- 5 days a week including Saturdays
- Good communications with applicants, developers and solicitors.
- Previous experience in sales progression
- The applicant will be required to carry out viewings and face to face site meetings.
- Be a good team player.
- Confident in creating reports
- Good attention to detail and creativity
