We are looking for a Trainee Sales Advisor to join our successful expanding Shared Ownership Sales division. The successful candidate will be trained to deliver new sales with both off plan and existing stock. The candidate should be able to provide exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face. Working closely with the sales manager they will grow the business in the South.
Responsibilities (after training)
Identifying and maximising business opportunities
Booking and carrying out property viewings
Working with the AML team to obtain all necessary AML/Compliance/Eligibility documentation
Preparing weekly reporting and attending client virtual (physical) meetings
Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
Working towards and achieving personal and branch targets
Handling and agreeing offers and reservations
Representing the company in a professional manner
Building strong relationships with buyers, Housing Associations and registered providers.
Required Skills and Experience
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Have strong people and communication skills
Enjoy working with the public over the phone and face to face
Be results orientated and driven to succeed
Traveling to sites across the South.
Hold a full valid UK driving Licence
Monday to Friday 8:45am- 5:30pm
1 in 2 Saturdays 10am -4pm
Based at our head office in Crowthorne House, Wokingham with weekly travel to sites across the South.
Company laptop and mobile phone will be provided
