Leaders Romans Group are looking for a new New Homes Sales Consultant to join us on a permanent basis based in our busy office in High Wycombe.

In this New Homes Sales Consultant role, day to day you can expect to:
- Meet and Greet all visitors to site
- Conduct customer journey
- Ensure all administration and reporting is completed in a timely manner
- Use computer system on a day to day basis to record appointments, register feedback etc
- Work towards targets set by manager for achieving sales, valuations, instructions, exchanges and FS leads
- Extensive telephone work
- Negotiate between Client and buyer to achieve a successful sale
- Plot progression to successful exchange and completion
- Market Research
To be considered for this role, you will need the following experience and skills:
- Willing to work weekends.
- Experience of hitting and exceeding targets.
- Well presented.
- Professional manner.
- Good Telephone manner.
- Strong Communicator.
- Driving licence.
- Reliable and honest.
- Sales or customer service experience
- Knowledge of the New Homes sector
- Knowledge of the current property market
