We are looking for a motivated individual to join our fantastic team. We care about getting it right for the customer and when I say care, we really really do. This role is really important to our department in providing great customer contact and detailed reports. The role of a Property Inspector see’s the successful candidate visiting properties to provide detailed visual condition report of how the property is or has been kept during or at the end of a tenancy. You will have your own tablet and using some of the best property Inventory/visit technology out there, be able to walk around the property, taking photographs, detailing commentary of condition and reporting back to the team in the local office should there be any issues within the property.
The role may mean that you get to meet some of our fantastic tenants and therefore great customer service skills are needed and of course can be developed with training both in the classroom and on the job.
As a mobile field based employee, you will have a full diary of properties to visit within a day. So if you want a role where you are kept busy, then this role is absolutely for you.
Required Skills and Experience
To succeed as a Property Inspector will be:

Due to the frequency of property visits you will need a full valid driving licence
