As a Renewals Consultant you will responsible for the a portfolio of properties and their tenancies from commencement to return of the property to the owner.
- Notify landlords and tenants when tenancy is due to expire
- Negotiate rent increase
- Comunicate effectively across different departments
- Respond to any enquires via phone or email
- Prepeare section 13s when appropriate
- Chase for signature of both parties for the renewal documentation
- Ensure all documentation meets the correct legistive requirements
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate to a range of different people
- Effective time management skills
