The Role

This role  reports into our scottfraser lifestyle property management team. As a buildings and renovations project manager, you will understand the impact of home improvements on lettings valuation and you will propose property improvement projects to landlords. You will project manage building and renovations projects and build strong relationships with landlords and contractors.  

 

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Building, refurbishment and project management experience essential. 
  • Candidate must be able to confidently articulate the value of proposed works, demonstrating the reasons why works are required and further demonstrate the likely uplift in rental achieved.
  • Be able to form strong relationships with contractors on the scottftraser lifestyle rosta.
  • Be able to work independently and use their own initiative to solve building related issues.
  • Strong administration skills required to ensure projects are completed on time and budget.

 

Location

 

This is a remote role from home with site visits taking place as and when required. The candidate may be required to be office based in the future dependent on the departments’ requirements. The role is predominately within Oxfordshire but we are expanding through Gloucestershire and Bedfordshire so candidate must be willing to travel.

 

To succeed you will also:

  • Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Have strong organisational and time management skills
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and towards deadlines
  • Have strong communication skills and confidence in building rapport with landlords and contractors 
  • Have strong insights on rental income levels in the Oxfordshire area
  • Understand the impact of renovation projects on rental valuations
  • This role does require you yo have a full UK Valid Driving Licence
