Group Recruitment Manager – Human Resources

Hi, my name is Kyle Johnston. I joined the Leaders Romans Group in August of 2023 as the Group Recruitment Manager.

I have spent the last 10 years working within Talent Acquisition supporting global banking clients including Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and Citi across both permanent and contingent hiring.

Previously I started out my professional career working here at Romans in a different capacity as a Sales Negotiator based out of the Woodley office.

I am delighted to return in my new role and use the skills I have gained throughout my career in Recruitment to drive a positive candidate experience, reduce time to hire and partner closely with the business in their recruitment efforts.
